The Intermediate Student of the Week is Azariah Tarver. His teacher wrote, "Azariah consistently is a leader and excellent role model in the classroom. He follows directions, tries his best and also helps his classmates and teachers when he can, often without even being asked." Azariah enjoys spending time making videos for his YouTube channel.

The Intermediate 6-8th Grade Student of the Week is Mae'lyn Burkley. Her teacher wrote, Mae'lyn is being nominated for student of the week because of her exceptional work ethic and the calm, helpful presence she brings to our classroom. In addition to her wonderful personality, she maintains focus in the classroom, is consistently engaged in our lessons, and is dedicated to her studies. I have no doubts that Mae'lyn will be successful at whatever she chooses to do in her life
