The Intermediate 6-8th Grade Student of the Week is Mae'lyn Burkley. Her teacher wrote, Mae'lyn is being nominated for student of the week because of her exceptional work ethic and the calm, helpful presence she brings to our classroom. In addition to her wonderful personality, she maintains focus in the classroom, is consistently engaged in our lessons, and is dedicated to her studies. I have no doubts that Mae'lyn will be successful at whatever she chooses to do in her life

The Intermediate Student of the Week is Autumn Davis. Her teacher wrote, "Autumn is a very kind and hard working student. She is always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needs it." Autumns favorite things to do are to play outside on her swings and when she grows up she wants to be a scientist.
