With practices beginning over the past few weeks, student-athletes have already been showing dedication, discipline, and school pride. From sprinters and distance runners to throwers and jumpers, the team has been working hard to prepare for upcoming meets. Practices take place at YSU’s Watts Center or in the high school gym from 6:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., focusing on improving technique and buildin
