Lina Cambell, a senior at Valley Christian High School, actively participates in various extracurricular activities. She serves as a member of the VCS News, musical, and leads morning chapels, delivering sermons. Additionally, she is a member of the National Honor Society. Lina has set her sights on pursuing a degree in psychology at the University of Pittsburgh.
Q: What are your plans after school?
A: After school I plan to become a children’s mental health counselor and volunteer in some form of ministry.
Q: What's your favorite food?
A: It honestly depends on the day, but most of the time it would either be a good baked mac n cheese or a good quality garlic bread.
Q: What's your dream car?
A: At the moment my dream car would probably be a more recent model of my old car, so a light yellow Chevy Spark would be great.
Q: What's your dream job?
A: My dream job is a children's therapist or something similar in that field.
Q: How long have you been going to VCS?
A: I have been going to VCS for 8 years.
Q: What's your favorite class?
A: Right now my favorite class is either Drama or AP Research just because of the students I have those classes with and how they challenge me in interesting ways.
Q: What's your favorite color?
A: My favorite color is either light pink or light yellow.
Q: What are your goals for the future?
A: Right now my goals for the future are to leave college debt-free and with a secure job in the psychological field in some way.
Q: What do you do outside of school?
A: Outside of school I am a part of student leadership at my school and I participate in an event called Fine Arts where I preach, write, do photography, and a bunch of other creative things.
