VCS High School Orientation

VCHS Freshman orientation for students only will be held August 14th from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Orientation is required for incoming Freshman. Students will receive their class schedule, become familiar with the high school building, and learn about graduation requirements for the class of 2029. They will also learn about CCP and AP opportunities, extracurricular activities, and strategies for making the most of their high school experience.

Following the student orientation, parents are required to attend a parent meeting at 5:00 p.m. Food will be provided for parents and students beginning at 5:30

Student orientation for students in grades 10th-12th will be held Wednesday, August 13th from 3:00-3:30 & 6:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. in the high school gymnasium. Administration will be reviewing important school expectations for the 2025-2026 school year. Students will receive their class schedule, supply list and other information regarding the upcoming school year. Following the student orientation, there will be an ice cream social.
